Jason Calacanis says he is spending less than $40,000 a year on tokens and subscriptions from Anthropic, Lovable, ElevenLabs and a long tail of other products.
He says that spend is delivering more than $2 million in value at Launch and This Week in Startups.
According to the post, they have automated at least seven full-time jobs so far.
