Greentext imagines a smart home where every appliance gets hacked
Slatzism's post drew about 2,200 likes.

Quoting the BBC's report on supermarket freezers hit by a cyberattack in Belgium and Sweden, Slatzism posted a greentext set in 2027.
In it, Iran has hacked the smart toilet servers, a North Korean cyberattack takes the smart coffee machine offline, the smart sink is bricked by a Russian DDoS and the smart stove is offline over a missed subscription payment, before the smart TV locks the narrator out too.
The post turns the European supermarket fridge attacks into a joke about how much of daily life now runs on connected devices.
