Machenta exits stealth with a $40M seed for 'instant robot learning'
Edward Johns (@Ed__Johns) says the robot model learns a task from one demonstration.

Edward Johns announced Machenta is out of stealth with a $40M seed round co-led by Creandum and USV.
The company says its robot foundation model learns tasks instantly from a single demonstration with no further training, and that it was trained entirely in simulation without real-world data.
Why it mattersTeaching robots usually takes hours or days of data collection and training. Johns calls the one-demo approach 'physical vibe coding.'
